Pistachio Bread

1 pkg. Butter recipe cake mix
1 pkg. Pistachio pudding (small)
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
¼ cup oil
¼ cup water
topping:
½ tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Pour batter halfway, then sprinkle topping and pour more batter until ¾ full. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Makes four small loaves.
